These terms govern your use of TheAIFALabs.com and purchases of digital products or services offered by TheAIFALabs. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms applicable at that time.
1. Digital products
Product descriptions identify the format, included materials, compatibility and delivery method. Buyers are responsible for reviewing requirements before purchase. Access may be delivered through Gumroad or another stated platform.
2. Purchases and payment
Prices, currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Third-party checkout providers process payment under their own terms. A purchase is complete only when payment is accepted and confirmation is issued.
3. Refund policy
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, refunds are not automatic after delivery except where required by law or where the product is materially different from its description. Any product-specific refund terms shown at checkout take precedence. Contact us with the order email, receipt and a clear description of the issue.
4. Licence and intellectual property
Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense, reverse engineer or claim ownership of the product. All site content, product design, code, copy and brand materials remain the intellectual property of TheAIFALabs or their respective rights holders.
5. Educational disclaimer
Educational products are independent resources and are not official CBSE, NCERT, PMI or other certification-body products unless explicitly stated. They support study and practice but do not guarantee marks, rankings, certification or other outcomes.
6. Software and service disclaimers
Software and reports are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Custom service scope, milestones, payment, ownership and support should be governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, introduce harmful code or use content in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheAIFALabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
